My product arrived in non-functional condition.
The first step is to contact the product manufacturer for technical support. They may be able to help you get it working over the phone. This is required before we can take the product back. The manufacturer's phone number is usually in your owners manual. Below is a phone list of the major manufactures for our products:

If they can't help you get it working, the manufacturer may replace the product themselves, or they may ask you to return it to us for replacement. Use the form below to arrange the return to us for replacement.
- If you are within the Continental US 48 States
We will pay for UPS to come to the shipping address you provided and pick up the bad product. Please package up the product with everything that came with it (paperwork, cables, mounting hardware, etc.) and have it ready for UPS to pick up. UPS will bring a prepaid shipping label so you don't need to address the package. They will come to pick it up in 1 or 2 business days. UPS does not give exact pickup times. If you aren't going to be around, please leave the package where it can be picked up (on the porch, etc.) with a note if necessary. Unless otherwise requested by you, we will send out a replacement at the same time we arrange the pickup.

We will email you the return authorization and address information you need to return the product.
