simple to install, but lacks brightness control. Too bright for nightime boating; I have to put a piece of electric tape over the display or turn the stereo off when running at night.Scrolling thru music and playlists on the Ipod is very slow and awkward...if you pause while scrolling the control/stereo exits the ipod lists and you have to start over. I now have to rename my playlists for the day with a 1, 2, 3, etc to gt them to the top of the list to be able to get to them resonably easier.
