Details:
This flush mount waterproof remote does not require a wire to the stereo for control purposes. Instead, it uses an RF signal to communicate with the stereo. Line of sight is not required. It does run off of 12 volt power, however, instead of a battery so it will need to be wired for power. It can also be surface mounted if you don't want to cut a hole for it. You can use multiple remotes and mount them in various locations to control one stereo.
