You have to hear these to believe it! Patented technology allows these speakers to have only a single cone and voice coil and still produce frequency response superior to many component speaker systems! A single voice coil eliminates all crossover phase and time distortion while preserving the same sound pattern as the microphone recorded. Amazing!
These speakers use neodymium magnets which are more powerful yet much lighter than ceramic magnets. This allows for a lighter, smaller magnet structure so that more sound producing power is packed into a smaller speaker with less distortion.
Our 4", powerful full range speaker system offers smooth and detailed high end with a great bass. A 1.5" voice coil for more power handling than the 414 and a neo magnet for more efficiency. These are 90 dB efficiency and have a frequency response of 50 Hz to 19 kHz plus/minus 3dB. This will drop into the same cutout as the 414 as a more powerful replacement (it is ½” deeper, though). Rated at 80 watts continuous and 300 watt peaks. Price is per pair.
