Having a small boat and only interested in listening to what is on my MP3 player made this the best choice. Installation was easy as I mounted the unit near my battery and close to the speakers in the back. The sound and power were just fine at this price. ONE BIG WARNING ! While it seems to turn off when the MP3 player is off somehow it has drained my battery to the point of inability to tunr the engine. I eventually put a toggle switch to the power line for the unit and now all is well.

Retailers Note: Sleep mode is low power draw, not no power draw. You definitely need to wire it to a head unit or the ignition of the boat, or add a switch so it turns off completely when the boat is off.
