I need to return a working product under the 30 day return policy

Returning a product for a refund for any reason within 30 days is no problem, as long as it qualifies under our our 30 day return policy.

Keep in mind that defective products do not qualify for this type of return and need to be handled differently. (We usually cover the return shipping cost of defective products so it is advantageous for you to follow our procedures for defective products.)
